| Although we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 28 days from receipt or your order for delivery. We will deliver by First Class mail/Parcelforce. If we are unable to deliver within 28 days we will contact you and arrange another time for delivery. If agreement on a later time cannot be agreed we will issue a refund. This does not affect your stautory rights as a consumer. |

| Exchange & Returns |

| At Womans Touch we strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or have changed your mind about purchasing an item, we will accept returns. You must do this within 28 days of receiving your order and you should follow these guidelines. |

Place the item(s) in the original packaging or any other secure packaging if you have discarded the original. |

You must include the original despatch note and include the reason for returning your goods, ie. damaged, faulty, the wrong size, or that you simply changed your mind. |

You must also state whether you would like a refund or a replacement to be sent out to you. We cannot provide you with a refund unless you include the original despatch note. |
